Answers:

question: 1. Why did the system log me out?

answer:  For security purposes, the system is set to log itself out when no action or movement within the program occurs for 1 minute.
Return to Top question: 2. When I click the "Enter CampusConnect" link, all I see is the background screen without the username and password box.

answer:  This is a bug that will hopefully be corrected in a future version of CampusConnect. First try pressing the F5 key to refresh the screen. If this does not produce a login screen, close the browser window and start a new session.
Return to Top question: 3. When I try and login, I get an error message stating that my User validation has failed. Why can I not login?

answer:  You have entered the wrong student id or pin number. Please try again, and if you still have problems, contact the Registrars Office.
Return to Top question: 4. I view my grade report, some courses do not show a grade.

answer:  That course has not been graded yet. Please check back at a later time to see if the grades have been entered.
Return to Top question: 5. When I view my demographic information, I notice that some of the information it displays is incorrect.

answer:  Please come to the Registrars Office and change any information that displays incorrect.
Return to Top question: 6. When I view my campus connect I see an error saying 'Directory Not Found'

answer:  Campus Connect works best on a desktop system with Internet Explorer9, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Google Chrome often gives this error when it auto refreshes. Or you may have resized the browser window. Close the browser and login with a recommended browser on a desktop computer or laptop. Return to Top
